Phase 01
Discovery & Strategy
We start with a structured requirements workshop — either remote or in-person — to understand your business goals, technical constraints, user flows, and success metrics. We document functional and non-functional requirements, assess feasibility, and identify risks early. Outcome: a clear shared understanding and a prioritized feature list.
Phase 02
Architecture & Planning
Our architects design the system architecture — database schema, API design, service boundaries, deployment topology, and security model. We produce a detailed project plan with sprint timelines, milestone dates, resource allocation, and a risk register. You receive a proposal document before a single line of code is written.
Phase 03
Agile Development & Delivery
Development runs in 2-week sprints with a defined sprint goal. At the end of each sprint, you receive a demo of completed features in a staging environment. We use Jira or Notion for task tracking — you have full visibility into what's being built, what's in QA, and what's pending. Weekly sync calls keep communication tight.
Phase 04
QA, Launch & Monitoring
Before production deployment, every feature undergoes functional testing, cross-browser/device testing, performance profiling, and a security review. We deploy using CI/CD pipelines with automated rollback capability. Post-launch, we monitor error rates, performance metrics, and uptime for a minimum of 2 weeks before transitioning to a standard support arrangement.

Ongoing Support & Iteration
